Q. “Where are your products manufactured?”
A. All Pharmacy-Lite brand products are made in Elyria, Ohio, USA.

Q. “Do your products meet government standards?”
A. Yes! Pharmacy-Lite brand vials have been successfully tested by an accredited research firm to comply with the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s Poison Prevention Packaging Act requirements for child resistance and senior friendly use. Our vials also meet and exceed the U.S. Pharmacopeia guidelines for UV light resistance and moisture tightness. Please see our Certificate of Compliance for more details.

Q. “Will I reach a live person when I call, rather than trying to get through an automated phone system?”
A. At Pharmacy-Lite, we believe in a personal approach to customer service, which is why we always have a live person available during our expanded business hours. No automated lines and no waiting on hold to reach a knowledgeable support person.

Q. “What are the expanded business hours?”
A. We emphasize the service aspect of our “…simply more efficient.” motto; therefore, we have recently extended our business hours to accommodate our customers in all U.S. time zones. Our customer service departments are available during these times:

Q. "What payment types do you accept?"
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx at the time of order. If you would like to establish an account with credit terms, just give us a call, and we will set it up for you.

Q. “How long will it take to receive my order?” “What if I received the wrong item?” “What if I’m not happy with the product or I find a defect?”
A. Please take a look at our Shipping Policy for answers to these and any questions related to shipping or returns. We extend our Guarantee of Satisfaction to all products.

Q. “What is the minimum order for custom-imprinted caps?”
A. We have the lowest industry minimum requirements for custom-imprinted cap orders. Please review this chart for details on minimums by cap type.

Q. “How do I register to order online?”
A. Registration is quick and easy. Go to “Login and Register”- a single orange button on the home page. On this page, you can log in if you’ve already registered, or you can send a new registration by completing the short form on the right.

Q. “Do I need to register if I’m an existing customer?”
A. Yes. All new or existing customers must register if they have never ordered on our website. Here is the quick registration page.

Q. “How do I recover my Account Number or Password?”
A. Your Account Number will always be the phone number that you associated with your account (with dashes, e.g. xxx-xxx-xxxx). If you’ve lost or forgotten your password, please contact us and we will provide it or reset it for you.

Q. “Can I view my order history on the website?”
A. Sure! Once you are logged into your account, go to the top right “My Account” button and click on “Orders Overview” to see your past orders and most frequently ordered items. Keep in mind that only orders placed through the website will be shown here. Phone or fax orders will not be shown in this history. If you need any of that information, please contact us.

Q. “How do I add or remove items from my Cart?”
A. Simple: Find the items you’d like to order, adjust quantities accordingly, and click “Add to Cart”. To remove items, you can click on “Remove from Cart” or remove single line items directly in the Cart by clicking the “x” on that line.

Q. “Why do you need my email address?”
A. Your email address is required for the registration process for two main reasons. Once we process your website registration, we will send you an email confirmation showing that your website account is active and you can start adding items to your Cart. After you place your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. Other than that, you may receive important updates about our company or products. We will never sell or share your email address to any third party without your permission, and we will never inundate you with advertisements, sales emails, and the like.
